In its latest Fuel Economy Trends report, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency noted that the title of most fuel efficient auto manufacturer in the United States, goes to Mazda Motor Corporation. Mazda led all automakers with a fleet-wide adjusted fuel economy rating of 29.4 miles per gallon. Mazda also reported the lowest carbon emission score, with an industry-leading 328.

Mazda's SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY can be found throughout the entire model lineup, including the upcoming Mazda CX-9, which will feature a new SKYACTIV 2.5 liter direct injection turbocharged gasoline engine.
